After the start of the drill, the maintenance personnel of the mechanical auxiliary test class quickly arrived at the scene, disconnected the coupling, removed the base screw, and prepared for a comprehensive inspection of the motor. As a result, an unexpected problem arises. The coupling of the oil pump is too tight to use the puller. If you hit it with a hammer, the coupling may be damaged by external force.
The technician said, “the coupling must be pulled out safely. You can first make a simple small thread Jack and tighten it symmetrically.” After the screw is supported, it rotates gently and the coupling is pulled out steadily.
